We are looking for a Magnolia Developer who sees beyond simple code—someone who understands that seamless, headless content delivery is the backbone of modern digital experiences.

Overview

This is a high - impact role within our development workforce. You will act as a critical technical pillar, ensuring that our digital operations meet elite international standards.

You will bridge the gap between enterprise content management and modern frontend workflows, working directly on large-scale digital portals and applications. We are looking for a meticulous, tech - driven professional who thrives in a cross - border, high - standards environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable digital experiences using Magnolia CMS in a headless or hybrid-headless setup.
• Light Development: Utilize Magnolia's Light Modules, creating YAML configurations, templates, and intuitive dialogs to empower content authors.
• API & Integrations: Develop and expose secure GraphQL and RESTful APIs to feed content into modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) and connect with third-party tools (eCommerce, CRM, DAM).

What You Bring

• Education: Completed secondary or higher education (Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field).
• The Global Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in web development.
• Platform Experience: Proven hands-on experience working with Magnolia CMS (Light Development, YAML, Freemarker, headless REST/GraphQL APIs). Experience with traditional Java-based Magnolia development is a strong plus.
• Frontend Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of modern Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and how they interact with headless CMS endpoints.
• Linguistic Skills: You are highly comfortable communicating, reporting, and reviewing technical documentation in English.
• Detail - Obsessed: You write clean, scalable code and have a "holistic" mindset. You see the big picture of web architecture without missing a single deployment detail.
