What actually is Metanow CRM?

Metanow CRM is an all-in-one platform for CRM, funnels, email, SMS, calendars, payments and reputation — built on HighLevel, fully managed and supported by Metanow. Packaged for European buyers with EU-based support, euro pricing, and setup handled by our team.

Do I need to know how to use it?

No — that’s what “managed” means. We migrate your contacts, build your first workflows, wire calendar and payments, and train your team during onboarding.

What does it replace?

Typically HubSpot or Salesforce, ClickFunnels, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, Twilio, Calendly, Zapier, Birdeye, Kajabi, DocuSign and more. Stitching those together often runs €1,600+/month — Metanow CRM includes them from €97/month.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Yes — encrypted in transit and at rest, GDPR-compliant, on infrastructure that meets SOC 2 requirements. Hosted in the US by HighLevel; EU-hosted options can be scoped on Growth plans.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans cancel at end of billing period. Data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

Yes — Managed and Growth include custom domains for funnels and forms. White-label mobile app options are available on higher packages — ask during demo.

What if I’m not technical?

Perfect — Metanow CRM is designed for non-technical business owners. Managed setup means the plumbing is ours. You get trained on the point-and-click parts.

Does it integrate with the tools I already use?

Yes — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Zoom, QuickBooks and more. Plus a full API and Zapier for anything else.

Do the calendars sync with Google or Outlook, and can bookings be shared across a team?

Yes. Calendars sync both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook. A private appointment blocks the slot for client bookings, so nobody gets double-booked. Team calendars can hand out bookings round-robin, add buffer time between meetings, send email and SMS reminders and, if you want, take a deposit through Stripe before a slot is confirmed.

Will our email campaigns actually reach the inbox?

We set up your sending domain properly before the first send. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured and verified, templates are mobile-friendly, hard bounces are suppressed automatically, and reports show clicks, replies and conversions per campaign, not just opens.

Can forms and surveys qualify leads and stay GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Conditional logic shows follow-up questions or sends unsuitable enquiries to a different page, consent checkboxes are saved on the contact record with the submission date, every field maps to the same contact record, and spam is filtered with reCAPTCHA. Forms can also be embedded on an existing WordPress or Wix site.

How are pipelines and payments set up?

Each pipeline stage can trigger its own actions. Moving a deal can send the client a message and create a task for the owner, deals that sit too long in one stage get flagged, and new leads can be assigned round-robin with a push notification in the mobile app. For payments we connect Stripe or PayPal: invoices, text-to-pay links and recurring billing with automatic reminders when a card payment fails. Card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored in the CRM.
