Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Metanow Cloud does not offer refunds or prorated credits for any services, including but not limited to:
- Cloud Hosting (WordPress, Odoo, n8n, etc.).
- Domain Name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
- SSL Certificates once issued.
- Setup fees and custom configuration costs.
- Renewal of existing services.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time through the Client Portal. Upon cancellation:
- Service Access: Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused portion of your subscription term.
- Auto-Renewal: To avoid future charges, you must cancel your service at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact our support team first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor will result in the immediate suspension of all services and accounts associated with your name until the dispute is resolved.
