Overview

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role within our business growth unit. You will act as a critical player in our outbound strategy, managing high-volume prospect interactions and introducing our premium tech services to international markets.

You will lead outbound prospecting efforts, bridging the gap between identifying market opportunities and converting potential clients into active partners. We are looking for a meticulous, target-driven professional who thrives in a cross-border, high-reward, fast-paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and qualify high-value international B2B prospects using cold calling, email outreach, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Sales Presentations & Pushing Pipeline: Conduct high-level introductory calls, present Metanow's technical capabilities, and effectively guide prospective clients through the initial sales pipeline.
  • CRM & Strategy Optimization: Systematically track, manage, and log all communication data within the CRM, continually refining sales scripts and outreach tactics to optimize response rates and conversion milestones.

What You Bring

  • Education: Completed secondary or higher education (Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field).
  • The Global Professional: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, or B2B Lead Generation.
  • Sales Resilience: Proven hands-on experience handling sales pipelines, overcoming objections, and hitting aggressive monthly outbound targets.
  • Linguistic Skills: You possess an exceptional command of the English language. You are highly comfortable pitching, negotiating, and writing to global business clients in English.
  • Target-Obsessed: You have an intrinsic competitive drive. You are motivated by performance metrics, goals, and uncapped financial rewards.
