The client & summary
Fitnesscoach Max is a personal trainer and fitness coach offering personal training and coaching for visible results. The core objective was a website built for lead generation: a clear user journey that turns visitors into requests for a free consultation, plus moving the domain and email away from Wix.
The challenge
The target audience is mainly working women (and men) who already train but do not see progress, usually because of a lack of structure and time. The site had to speak to them directly, avoid distractions and include a qualifying funnel similar to a reference site the client liked. The texts were being refined with a copywriter in parallel, so the page had to follow several rounds of copy changes precisely.
Our solution
Our team built and launched the site in about a month, from 29 April to 29 May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief defined the goal (free consultation and personal training inquiries), the audience and their main problems, and named a reference site for the funnel style.
Design
The first draft was delivered on 6 May 2026. The first revision added the client's texts and social media links; the second applied the copywriter's updated texts for the home, about and services pages; the third fixed typos and legal page details. In the final round the hero headline was restyled as the copywriter recommended, with "Entfalte" and "dein Potenzial" in contrasting colours, and our team rebalanced the hero section so the text aligns cleanly.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor. The multi-step lead funnel requires a selection on each step before visitors can continue, so every inquiry arrives complete. In parallel our team transferred the domain and email from Wix to Metanow Cloud, and the site went live on the client's domain on 29 May 2026.
Challenges we solved
Following copy closely: four revision rounds kept the page in step with the copywriter's work without losing the layout of the first draft.
