The client & summary
Denver's Home Girl is the personal brand of a realtor and licensed mortgage lender in the Denver metro area. Her brand stands for strong, confident feminine leadership, blending authority with warmth. The core objective was a bold personal brand website that moves her away from Squarespace to a site she can update herself.
The challenge
The client wanted a site that feels like a leading luxury real estate brand while staying approachable, with her real estate videos in the background. She also asked how she could change photos, videos and texts without help, and wanted a simpler landing page after the first draft.
Our solution
Our team designed and launched the site between March and May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief gave two luxury real estate sites as design references and described the brand in detail: confident, strategic and knowledgeable, modern and elevated but human.
Design
The first draft was ready on 27 March 2026. In the first revision the client sent new photos, asked for a simpler landing page and asked how to update the content herself. Our team simplified the page, recorded a tutorial for changing images, videos and text, and refined how the section icons looked.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor, with pages for selling, buying, current listings, joining the team and getting in touch, and video backgrounds for her content. After the client chose the .net domain, our team migrated the site from Squarespace and launched it in May 2026.
Challenges we solved
Editing independence: the tutorial means the client can swap photos, videos and copy as her listings and content change.
Brand in her own words
The client described her brand as strong feminine leadership: confident, strategic and deeply knowledgeable, blending authority with warmth and professionalism with personality. The energy is powerful and wise, yet approachable and human, modern, elevated and unmistakably confident. The design translates this into an energetic, inclusive luxury look.
Social and video first
Her social media icons sit on the side of the page for easy access from anywhere on the site, and her own real estate videos play in the background, so visitors see her work and personality before reading a word. Photos she supplied replaced the placeholders in the first revision.
