The client & summary
Casanola Immobilien (Casa Nola GmbH) is a real estate agency in Offenburg, Germany, and a subsidiary of a Swiss real estate company. It focuses on the Ortenau district and works with an international network of buyers and investors. The core objective of the project was a professional broker website that wins seller leads and presents the agency's current properties.
The challenge
Casanola wanted a website on the level of established Swiss brokers, with clear paths for owners who want to sell or get a valuation. The site also had to feel regional: the agency sells in the Black Forest and Ortenau area, so imagery, references and wording had to match that market. And listings maintained in the agency's property software should appear on the website automatically instead of being entered twice.
Our solution
Our team delivered the project in two phases: design and build of the website, then an automated listings integration combined with an SEO setup.
Discovery and scope
The project started in early April 2026 with a brief based on a Swiss reference site the client liked. The page structure was agreed up front, and the client supplied a brand description, logo, colours and contact details. Requirements included a GDPR-compliant contact form and a multi-step funnel for owners.
Design
Our team built the first draft on a staging environment and ran an internal quality check on responsive spacing, the contact pop-up and navigation. Three client revision rounds followed: valuation and buy/sell forms modelled on the reference funnel with every step in German, corrected button destinations, a new typeface and a new FAQ page with expandable answers.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor Pro, and listings are structured with JetEngine. At the end of May we migrated it from staging to casanola.de. June brought content adjustments, such as Germany as the default country in forms, split salutation fields and reworded copy, and we uploaded the client's current listings so the properties page would not launch empty.
Phase two: Propstack sync and SEO
In July a follow-up project connected the site to Propstack through a server-to-server API integration and a custom WordPress plugin built for the JetEngine setup, covering field mapping, automatic import of images and documents, an hourly sync with a manual sync button, and tests on a staging copy. In parallel we ran an SEO setup with a Semrush audit, technical and on-page fixes, keyword research, Rank Math and meta data.
Challenges we solved
The recurring topic was regional credibility. Generic stock images were replaced with Black Forest and Ortenau scenery, and placeholder testimonials and sample listings were removed so the site reflects the agency's real market.

Frequently asked questions
How long did the Casanola website take?
The brief arrived in early April 2026 and the site was migrated to casanola.de at the end of May, about eight weeks later. The Propstack integration and SEO setup followed in July 2026.
Which platform is the website built on?
WordPress with Elementor Pro. Property listings are managed with JetEngine, and Rank Math handles on-page SEO.
