The client & summary
QUARTIRA is a real estate management and brokerage company. The core objective was its first professional website, structured like a successful real estate agency, with property listings that come straight from its CRM, Propstack.
The challenge
The client knew exactly which agency website he wanted to follow in structure and content. The bigger challenge was data: listings live in Propstack, and maintaining them twice would cost time and cause errors. Only properties with a specific marketing status should appear on the website.
Our solution
Our team built the website in April 2026 and the Propstack integration in May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief referenced an agency website as the model for structure and layout, and supplied slides with the intended look and feel. Pages included home, about, company portfolio, property offers and contact.
Design
The first draft was ready on 17 April 2026. Two revision rounds based on the client's feedback documents followed, and the site was migrated to the live domain on 30 April.
Phase two: Propstack integration
In May our team connected the site to Propstack through a secure server-to-server API integration and a custom WordPress plugin built for the JetEngine setup. We mapped the property fields, from price, location, living space and rooms to type, status, energy class, gallery and documents, set up image and document import, and scheduled an hourly sync with a manual sync button in WordPress.
Challenges we solved
Two details needed extra rounds: image synchronisation when the client updated photos in Propstack, and a filter so that only properties with the intended marketing status are published instead of the full database.
Only the right listings go live
Not every property in Propstack belongs on the website. In the integration's revision round the client clarified that only listings in marketing status should be published, and the sync was adjusted so that other objects stay in Propstack only. Images and documents are copied into the WordPress media library, so there are no dead links when files change in the CRM.
Tested before going live
All changes to the integration were tested on a staging copy of the website before going live, and our team handed over short written documentation so future developers can maintain the plugin without reverse-engineering it. The site also includes a WhatsApp chat, as the client requested, and presents the company's two areas of business: property marketing and property financing.
