Designing Coludi required effectively organizing complex data, creating intuitive navigation for all users, ensuring secure and seamless booking, and delivering a fast, responsive, mobile-friendly experience tailored for the rapidly growing esports and racing games community.
Solutions
To bring Coludi to life, we adopted a product-first mindset, where every design and development decision was aligned with the goal of creating a seamless user experience tailored to the esports and gaming community. We knew the platform needed to be more than just visually attractive—it had to deliver functional depth, speed, and clarity.
- Immersive UI Design: We developed a dark-themed, high-contrast visual language that resonates with the aesthetics of gaming culture. This modern look not only enhances readability and focus but also appeals to Coludi’s core audience—competitive gamers and esports enthusiasts. The design feels bold, tech-forward, and immersive, drawing users deeper into the experience.
- Feature Clarity: Coludi offers unique value through features like price comparisons, coach filtering, and independent feedback, so we made sure these were front and center. Using custom icon sections and focused copy, we clearly communicated these platform advantages, helping first-time users understand the benefits at a glance.
- Coach Directory System: A core element of the platform is its dynamic coach directory, which showcases instructors with photos, ratings, specializations, and available services. We developed a layout that supports quick comparison while giving each coach a space to present their expertise—making it easy for users to find the perfect fit.
- Streamlined Navigation: To reduce friction in the user journey, we implemented a tab-based navigation system, splitting key pathways into “1-on-1 Coaching” and “Group Courses.” This allows visitors to immediately filter based on their needs, whether they’re seeking personalized guidance or collaborative learning.
- Fully Responsive Experience: Recognizing that most users access the platform via mobile, we ensured the entire experience is fully responsive, performing flawlessly across smartphones, tablets, and desktops. From browsing to booking, every touchpoint is optimized for speed and usability.

The redesigned website played a crucial role in positioning Coludi as a leading authority in the esports and racing game coaching industry by combining strategic design, intuitive functionality, and clear value communication.

How we built it
In autumn 2024 our team extended the platform with a shop and an events calendar.
Three kinds of coach and course products
Instead of keeping two separate coach databases, every coach became a WooCommerce product. Free coaches are listed as affiliate products that link to their own page, bookable coaches are simple products, and courses are a third product type. After a coach is bought, WordPress emails the coach and the buyer so they can arrange a session; course buyers receive an email with access to the Discord community.
Events calendar and submissions
A custom events post type with a calendar archive shows upcoming events, limited to one event per day in the calendar so busy days stay readable. A public form lets people submit new events, which go to the admins for review.
Polishing templates
Several support rounds in November and December 2024 fixed spacing in the course template, font sizes in the event template, the button logic for bookable coaches and the order description format in emails.
