The Role

You will be the German-speaking voice of Metanow's sales pipeline. Inbound leads from our marketing engine and outbound sequences land with you: you qualify them, book discovery calls, and — as you prove yourself — close deals end to end.

This is a career sales role with a direct line from your performance to your income.

What You'll Do

• Lead qualification: Qualify inbound leads (calls, email, WhatsApp) in German — fast response, structured discovery.
• Outbound follow-up: Run outbound follow-up sequences to warm prospects: past clients, dormant contacts, and targeted DACH company lists.
• Discovery & closing path: Book and prepare discovery calls for leadership; graduate into running and closing them yourself.
• CRM hygiene: Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) clean: every touch logged, every deal staged correctly.
• Field intelligence: Feed field intelligence back to marketing: objections, pricing questions, competitor mentions.

What You Must Bring

• German fluency: Fluent spoken and written German (C1+/native level). You will negotiate with German business owners on the phone. If your German is not confident under pressure, this is not the role.
• Sales experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or German-market customer-facing roles (call-center experience for the German market counts — we care about phone skill, not pedigree).
• Pipeline mindset: Comfort with rejection and volume: this is a pipeline job before it is a closing job.
• English: Good English for internal communication.
• Ownership: Hunger and ownership: your results determine your trajectory.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling services (software, IT, consulting, marketing) rather than products
• Existing understanding of the German Mittelstand mentality
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
