About Metanow
Metanow is a nearshore digital partner for the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). From Albania, we deliver enterprise software development, AI automation, Odoo ERP implementations, and dedicated development teams to Mittelstand companies and scale-ups.
We are four years in, an Official Odoo Partner, and opening our Tirana office in September 2026. You would be one of its first hires.
The role
You will own the execution of Metanow's DACH marketing engine. We have the strategy, the keyword research, and a 90-day implementation plan already written.
What we need is someone senior enough to execute it at pace and quality — without hand-holding.
What you'll do
- Landing pages — Write and publish German-language commercial landing pages (nearshore development, Odoo, AI automation, team extension) — 1–2 per week to a defined specification.
- Content clusters — Produce supporting content clusters: comparison articles, cost breakdowns, buyer's guides — commercial intent, not fluff.
- Entity presence — Build and maintain Metanow's entity presence: directory listings, review platforms (Clutch, OMR Reviews, G2), Odoo Partner Directory.
- Content control center — Run our content control center: weekly AI news content fanning out into LinkedIn, blog, and newsletter formats.
- DACH placements — Coordinate guest post and podcast placements on DACH publications (t3n, computerwoche, deutsche-startups.de).
- Reporting — Track and report: weekly rank movement, Google Search Console data, AI search citations — you report outcomes, not activity.
What you must bring
- B2B marketing — 4+ years in B2B marketing with a portfolio of published work you personally wrote and shipped.
- German writing — Excellent written German (C1+). This is non-negotiable — 80% of your output is German-language commercial content for a demanding B2B audience.
- SEO — Working SEO knowledge: on-page optimization, search intent, internal linking, structured data basics.
- English — Fluent English (our internal working language).
- Execution — Self-directed execution: you receive a brief and a deadline, and you ship.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing software, IT services, or ERP to German-speaking buyers
- Familiarity with SE Ranking, Google Search Console, GoHighLevel, or comparable tools
- Understanding of AI search optimization (how ChatGPT/Perplexity cite sources)
