CNC Durch Blick required an e-commerce platform tailored to their highly specialized operational workflows. The key challenges included creating a system for bespoke product configuration, integrating seamlessly with Weclapp to automate order management and financial workflows, and implementing an advanced affiliate system for managing referrals and commissions. The integration with Weclapp had to ensure that orders placed through WooCommerce were automatically imported into the production pipeline and financial management system, streamlining operations end-to-end. Additionally, the project demanded a scalable solution that could align with their ongoing marketing strategy and SEO needs.
Our process
To meet these challenges, we approached the project with a comprehensive and technical mindset. The e-commerce platform was designed to provide users with an intuitive experience for creating bespoke products, supported by a custom WooCommerce setup with an added “Maschinnennummer” column in the “My Account” section.
The integration with Weclapp was meticulously implemented to ensure seamless operational workflows. Orders placed through WooCommerce were automatically imported into Weclapp, triggering production processes for custom products. Weclapp was also configured to manage the financial aspects, including invoicing, payments, and reporting, creating a unified backend for CNC Durch Blick.
To support the client’s affiliate program, we developed custom user dashboards for affiliates to monitor their referrals, commissions, and performance metrics in real-time. The system was built for transparency and accuracy, fostering engagement and trust.
In addition to the technical development, we established a long-term SEO contract to ensure the website’s visibility and performance. This included a detailed SEO audit, continuous optimization, and six months of SEO maintenance, aligned with the marketing strategy developed by an international marketing company targeting the Austrian market.

The final platform delivered a seamless, end-to-end solution for CNC Durch Blick’s operational and marketing needs.
