We’re looking to expand our creative and marketing team with a WordPress & Marketing Expert who thrives in both website design and advertising strategy. This is a key on-site role based in Durrës, perfect for someone who wants to lead impactful marketing campaigns from end to end.

👨‍💻 Role Summary

You’ll be responsible for building beautiful, high-converting websites on WordPress, and also executing data-driven advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok. You’ll work alongside designers, sales reps, and developers to bring brands to life online.

✅ Requirements

⚠️ Only candidates with proven experience will be considered.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce, or custom themes)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and responsive design
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and audience targeting
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking

Marketing Skills:

  • Ability to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns
  • Clear understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and ROI analysis
  • Knowledge of branding, content marketing, and digital trends
  • Basic graphic design or ability to coordinate with designers

💼 Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive websites using WordPress
  • Create, manage, and scale Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads
  • Analyze traffic, performance data, and conversion rates to improve results
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define brand strategy
  • Stay current with trends in web UX, paid media, and marketing tools
  • Write effective ad copy and landing page content when needed
