The client & summary
WORDFINDER GmbH & Co. KG is a PR, content and B2B lead-generation agency based near Hamburg, Germany, operating several brands. The core objective was a set of modern, sales-focused websites for its brands and a clean mailing list for its outbound campaigns.
The challenge
Each brand needed its own look while staying recognisably part of the group. The agency wanted strong sales messaging with people and proof, not just icons, and for its outbound email work the contact database had to be cleaned so campaigns do not harm the sending domain's reputation.
Our solution
Our team worked on four Wordfinder projects between April and August 2026.
wordfinderpr.com redesign
From April 2026 our team redesigned the main PR site, keeping its structure and layout but giving it a dark, bold design. Over five rounds the header moved from a video to a static image of a dark, dystopian city, as the client preferred.
ProfitPR and Content Driven Lead Generation
In June 2026 our team redesigned both sites in a shared style, restoring the original statistics graphics as static images the team uses in sales calls, removing videos and simplifying the header buttons.
Lead • Public Relations landing page
From late July 2026 our team built a sales-focused landing page based on the core Wordfinder content, with the sales video prominently placed, rotating client logos, more photos of people and a GDPR-compliant contact form. It went live on leadpublicrelations.de in August 2026.
Mailing list cleanup
Our team cleaned the agency's email database in two phases: first formatting and structural checks for compatibility with the target CRM, removing invalid fields, then deliverability verification of each address to lower bounce and spam rates and protect the domain's sender score.
Challenges we solved
Many brands, one team: four projects delivered with a consistent process while each site kept its own personality.
A dark, bold PR site
For wordfinderpr.com the brief was clear: keep the structure and layout, update the design, make it dark and create a single service page. The page structure covers home, about Wordfinder, public relations, jobs, contact and the legal pages. In the kickoff meeting the direction was described as punk, dark and massive, with a strong, energetic vibe that also works on smartphones.
Messaging and header details
Revision rounds refined the details: the white text was adjusted for better legibility, and the orange strip carrying the line about turning attention into measurable sales success was extended with the statement that PR is the agency's sales tool. Several header video ideas were tested before the client settled on the static city image.
ProfitPR and Content Driven Lead Generation
Both sites cover content marketing, inbound lead generation and SEO growth systems. Beyond removing the extra header buttons and videos, the spacing between the Wordfinder name and the first sentence was tightened so the key message sits higher on the page. The two statistics graphics are shown as static images, not as a ticker, because the client walks prospects through them during calls.
Landing page feedback
The first draft of the sales landing page was reworked after candid feedback: an out-of-place seal at the top was removed, the colour palette was redone, outdated texts were replaced and figures that no longer made sense were taken out. The rotating client logos, the one element the client liked from the start, stayed.
