The client & summary
Vila Belaggio is a business hotel in Plattling, Bavaria. The core objective was to move the hotel's website from Joomla to WordPress while keeping the design and layout exactly as before, including the embedded reservation system.
The challenge
The hotel wanted no visible change for its guests: same pages, same look, same booking flow, just on a modern, easier-to-maintain platform. Image quality also had to match the old site.
Our solution
Our team rebuilt the website in under two weeks, from 11 to 22 September 2026.
Rebuild
The site was recreated one-to-one in WordPress with Elementor: home, services, gallery, contact, online booking and the legal pages. Internal quality control refined the accordions so only one stays open at a time, added entrance animations and removed lazy loading from the gallery.
Booking and launch
The Resavio reservation system was embedded as before, and the site was set up on the hotel's domain on 18 September 2026. Afterwards our team compared image sharpness with the old Joomla site and improved it.
