The client & summary
True Arco is an online hub where parents and community members can access services, information, coaching, mentorship and resources. The core objective was a professional website that presents its services, links to its daycare and language programmes, and lets the owners publish news and daily messages themselves.
The challenge
The site had to feel warm and trustworthy for families, guide visitors to schedule a visit or join the community, and connect to separate apps for daycare enrolment and language registration.
Our solution
Our team worked on the website between December 2025 and September 2026, over four revision rounds.
Design
The first draft was ready on 19 December 2025. Over the revision rounds our team combined related boxes into one mentorship and coaching programme section, updated background images and the founders' photo, centred the "Simple steps to get started" section with the logo as background, and gave the family journey section a plainer look.
Features
A blog-style news area lets only the owners post updates and daily messages while the public can read them. Calls to action lead to the contact page to schedule a visit or join True Arco, and daycare enrolment and language registration link to their apps.
Services for families
The services section puts daycare first as the main focus, followed by English as a second language classes, with room for future services such as mentorship and coaching. The brief also called for the site to reach a diverse community, with English, Spanish, Creole and Hebrew listed as target languages.
Easy for parents
The design brief asked for a modern, trustworthy look that is easy for parents to use. The latest revision round replaced images with photos supplied by the client and fine-tuned layout details shown in the client's screenshots.
