Tria by Lex is an advanced aesthetic and hair clinic in Durrës, Albania. The core objective was a premium showcase website aligned with its corporate identity, the L3X monogram and the line "created by three, perfected for you", with online booking and consistent branding across all channels.
The challenge
The clinic wanted a luxury clinical feel: clean design, generous white space and large imagery. Bookings had to work from the website, Instagram, Facebook and Google alike, and the clinic did not yet have a Facebook page.
Our solution
Our team set up the clinic's website, booking and channels between July and August 2026.
Domain, hosting and booking
Our team registered the domain and set up hosting on Metanow Cloud. In Setmore we created the account, branding and 58 services in categories, activated cash payment and connected bookings to the website, Instagram, Facebook and the Google Business Profile.
Design
The showcase website followed two premium clinic sites as inspiration while keeping the Tria by Lex identity. In the revision round our team added the colour brand used for hair treatments and a nails category.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor, with pages for services, about and contact and a prominent "Rezervo tani" booking button. Our team also designed a pricing brochure in the black and gold identity, created and connected a Facebook page, and completed the social and Google profiles with links and correct information. The site went live in August 2026, with Meta Pixel and GA4 conversion tracking set after migration.

One booking journey: whether a client starts on Instagram, Google or the website, they reach the same Setmore calendar.
Built for performance
The website will be used for paid ads, so speed mattered. The design was built with Elementor only, on the lightweight Bootscore theme, without extra design plugins or unnecessary code. The palette is black with gold accents, complemented by white, light grey and subtle grey and beige shades, with no bright or flashy colours. Headings use a serif typeface that matches the Tria by Lex wordmark and its L3X monogram.
Structure and services
The services overview leads to injectables, facial sculpting, body treatments, nails and hair. Every service uses the same template, with prices shown in a "from" format and a Setmore booking call to action. The about page introduces the three founders and practitioners behind the brand line "created by three, perfected for you". The site is a pure showcase, with no shop, payment provider or checkout, and its structure is ready for additional languages, launching in Albanian first.
Compliance and trust
Injectables marketing in Albania requires the responsible medical practitioner and the clinic licence to be displayed, so the site presents both. A medical disclaimer, privacy policy, cookie policy and terms and conditions complete the legal pages, with a cookie banner for GDPR compliance.
Tracking and contact
Meta Pixel, Google Tag and GA4 track conversions, a WhatsApp click-to-chat button makes quick questions easy, and the contact form sends enquiries to Metanow CRM. The target audience is women and men aged 25 to 55 in Durrës and coastal Albania, with injectables and facial sculpting as the hero segment.
