The client & summary
Torriglia Real Estate is a Swiss company that helps Swiss clients buy, and later also sell, property in Spain. As a young company without existing customer reviews, it depends on its website to build trust. The core objective of the project was to turn an existing but unpolished site into a professional, consistent and mobile-friendly presence.
The challenge
The site already had all the pages the company needed, including services, properties, a buyer checklist, a blog and an about page. What it lacked was a coherent design: inconsistent typography, a services section that did not guide visitors, and a mobile view that did not feel finished. Because the company had no reviews yet, the design also had to create credibility through structure, partners and a personal contact.
Our solution
Our team redesigned the complete site in spring 2026, migrated it in the summer and added a new page for property sellers in August 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief asked for a minimalistic, sleek redesign without bold colours, following our design guidelines, on the existing page structure: home, services, properties, checklist, blog, about, contact and legal pages. A contact form and GDPR compliance were part of the scope.
Design
We explored the new design line in Google Stitch and built the first draft at the end of March 2026. Three revision rounds followed in April. The biggest change came in round two: the client wanted the services presented as a customer journey through seven steps rather than a list, so our team rebuilt the section and added service cards with images, icons and a smooth hover effect. Other rounds unified the fonts, redesigned the partner section and tested several ways to show the advisor's contact details, including a fixed widget.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor. Before the migration our team saved a backup of the old website. After go-live the www and non-www versions briefly showed different sites, which we fixed so only www.torriglia.ch is served.
Follow-up: a page for sellers
In August 2026 we added an "Immobilie verkaufen" page for the Swiss and Spanish markets, based on the client's mockup and texts, and updated the main navigation to include it.
Challenges we solved
Building trust without reviews: rather than inventing testimonials, the design leans on a clear service journey, a dedicated partners page and a visible personal contact.
