The client & summary
Talent Harbour AG is an owner-managed Swiss group of companies in HR services and staffing, bringing together specialised firms for payroll services, IT recruitment and talent services. The core objective was a professional landing page in German, English and French that ties the group's brands together, followed by an SEO setup so the site can be found.
The challenge
The group needed one web presence that explains its three service areas and subsidiaries to companies and candidates. The page had to work in three languages, reflect detailed text corrections from the client, and remain editable by the client's own team after handover.
Our solution
Our team delivered the website in about a month and the SEO setup in the following two weeks, between March and April 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief named the group's related sites as references and asked for a professional landing page in German, English and French, with a contact form and GDPR compliance.
Design
The first draft was ready on 25 March 2026. In the first revision the client sent a corrections document and two logos. The second round implemented reviewed texts for the German, English and French versions. Before launch our team checked that the fonts in each section were exactly the ones the client had asked for.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor and WPML. It presents the group, its services (payroll services, IT recruitment and talent services) and its subsidiaries with clear calls to action. It was migrated to the live domain on 20 April 2026, and a backup was kept because the client planned to make edits on their own.
Phase two: SEO setup
From 22 April 2026 our team ran an SEO audit with Semrush, implemented technical and on-page SEO, connected Google Search Console, set up Google Analytics and Rank Math, and added meta titles, meta descriptions and image alt tags, with content recommendations for each page.
Challenges we solved
Search results lag behind changes: when the client still saw an old title in Google after the update, our team explained that Google shows a cached version until it recrawls the page.
