The client & summary
ServiX is an event staffing company in Wiesbaden, Germany, providing personnel for live events, exhibitions and corporate events. The core objective was a dedicated landing page for Google Ads that turns paid traffic into inquiries, plus automated follow-up for every lead in Pipedrive.
The challenge
Paid visitors should not get distracted: the landing page needed reduced navigation while matching the existing website's design. Every inquiry then had to move through the sales stages with the right email at each step, including consent, unsubscribe links and a review request.
Our solution
Our team built the landing page and the Pipedrive automations between July and August 2026.
Landing page
The first draft was ready on 13 July 2026. In the revision our team reduced the header navigation to focus on conversion. Later additions included a consent checkbox with a link to the privacy policy under the form, social media icons, Google reviews and a thank-you page for tracking Google Ads conversions. The page was also optimised for its main keyword.
Pipedrive integration
From 22 July 2026 our team connected the Elementor forms to Pipedrive and set up automations for each stage: a confirmation for new inquiries, a notice when a quote is sent, reminders while waiting for the customer, an order confirmation with next steps, a 12-month email sequence for lost deals and a review request after 30 days. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link.
Review email
In August the review request was extended so customers can also agree to their project being shown as a reference. When Pipedrive API changes affected email sending, our team adjusted the setup.
Challenges we solved
From click to follow-up: paid traffic lands on a focused page and every lead is followed up automatically, without manual steps.
Built for Google Ads
The landing page was created specifically for Google Ads campaigns, with one main goal: turning paid visitors into inquiries. It matches the existing ServiX website in colours, typography and visual style so everything feels on-brand, and it is fast, mobile-optimised and fully responsive. The first version was kept deliberately simple, clear and focused on conversion, and the client's keyword research for the campaign informed the content.
A focused header
The full navigation - home, services, about, references, team, jobs and contact - distracted visitors from converting, so the header was reduced to the essentials. The page was also designed from the outset to connect cleanly with a CRM.
How inquiries reach Pipedrive
The client had already completed most of the Pipedrive setup. Our team connected the Elementor contact form so each submission automatically creates a person, an organisation, a deal and a note in Pipedrive, and designed the automated emails to match the brand. The review request goes out 30 days after a project.
