The client & summary
Say Cheese is a Swiss photo booth rental company serving weddings, parties and corporate events. The core objective was a professional redesign that presents its photo booth models clearly and supports a new direction: away from delivery and towards self-pickup at local stations.
The challenge
The site needed intermediate pages comparing models, a page for each pickup location, correct navigation paths between them and a way for customers to choose their pickup station.
Our solution
Our team worked on the redesign between January and August 2026.
Design
The first draft was ready on 15 January 2026, in German with button colours matched to the brand. The first revision added the missing intermediate pages for the photo pillar and photo mirror, a location page template and corrected navigation paths.
Models and locations
Comparison pages present standard and premium and business models. Each pickup location has its own page with pickup and parking information, and customers select their pickup station in a form field.
Reviews and launch
Google reviews are shown through a real-time connection to the company's Google account. After further revision rounds the site was migrated to the live domain in August 2026.
Challenges we solved
Supporting a new business model: the navigation leads from models to the nearest pickup location in a few clicks.
A new direction: self-pickup
The company is moving away from delivery and towards self-pickup, with more than 15 pickup locations. The brief asked for an interactive map where customers click a pin to reach the respective location page, using a visual map plugin rather than a direct Google Maps embed. The client had sketched a basic structure, including the paths between buttons and pages, and relied on our experience for what would work best.
Colours and structure
The design uses dark blue, yellow and white, described in the brief as dark yellow, white and dark night blue. The structure covers the homepage, about us, locations with a sub-page for each location, and pages for the photo box, photo pillar and photo mirror. In the first revision our team fixed the navigation paths so every button leads to the intended page, and before migration an outdated image of the props case was replaced on mobile.
