The client & summary
PSM Mobility provides mobile tyre service and 24-hour tyre breakdown assistance for trucks and commercial vehicles in western Germany. The core objective was a redesigned website that makes the core business, 24/7 truck tyre breakdown help, immediately clear, plus local search visibility.
The challenge
The previous site presented PSM as a general tyre service. The client wanted the emergency service recognisable on every page, with everything else as add-ons. Many of the trucks come from Eastern Europe, so drivers needed a fast, simple way to report a breakdown.
Our solution
Our team redesigned the site and built the local SEO pages in about three weeks, from 18 June to 8 July 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief included two competitors, a project brief and an SEO report that ranked target cities by priority.
Design
The first draft was ready on 29 June 2026. In the first revision the client restated the positioning: 24/7 truck tyre breakdown service first, then mobile truck tyre service and construction machinery tyres as additional services. The second round swapped in the client's own images and corrected the company location on the services page.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor, with a phone and WhatsApp bar, service areas and contact. Our team built a standalone "report a breakdown" page with its own form, not linked in the menus, that the team can send to stranded drivers by text or WhatsApp. Local landing pages were created for priority cities such as Wuppertal, Aachen and Krefeld. The site was migrated to Metanow Cloud on 8 July 2026.

What visitors must see immediately
The brief was specific about the homepage: visitors must recognise at once that PSM is available 24 hours a day, provides fast help in a breakdown and can be reached immediately by phone or WhatsApp. The phone number is visible and clickable on every page, and a WhatsApp button is permanently integrated. The design uses the company colours red and blue and targets logistics and transport companies, construction and agricultural businesses and industrial clients.
Services and structure
The structure puts the 24-hour tyre breakdown service first, followed by the service pages for truck tyres, construction machinery tyres, earthmoving machinery tyres, agricultural tyres and industrial tyres, plus about, contact and the legal pages. A service area the company no longer covers was removed from the content.
Languages for international drivers
Because many trucks come from Eastern Europe, the site is set up in German as the main language with automatic translations into English, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Romanian, Bulgarian and Turkish.
SEO scope
Alongside the local landing pages, the SEO scope covered keyword research, mobile and desktop performance and Core Web Vitals, an XML sitemap and robots.txt, Rank Math configuration, Google Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster Tools, an llms.txt file, a clean H1 to H3 hierarchy, meta titles and descriptions, image alt tags, internal linking, SEO copy for the main services, click-to-call on mobile, conversion tracking and a final audit.
