The client & summary
Personal aus dem Ausland is a German staffing service from Amberg that places skilled and unskilled workers from abroad with German companies. The owner already runs several recruitment websites that he built himself. The core objective was a new, credible website for personal-aus-dem-ausland.de, built to rank for relevant recruitment keywords.
The challenge
The recruitment market is crowded, and the owner's other sites all targeted similar phrases. The new site needed its own clear positioning, "staff from abroad" rather than "staff from Eastern Europe", and a page structure where each page targets its own keywords instead of repeating one phrase. It also needed a blog and a way for the owner to keep adding service pages himself.
Our solution
Our team built the website and ran the SEO setup in parallel, from March to May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief referenced two competitor sites and asked for a professional site for international personnel recruitment. The parallel SEO project covered a Semrush audit, technical and on-page implementation, Google Search Console and Google Analytics, Yoast, content recommendations per page, meta data and a final audit.
Design
The first draft was ready in March 2026. In the first revision the client simplified the header, removing the address and opening hours bar, and repositioned the logo and hero images so headlines and workers' faces are both visible.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor. At the end of March our team added the blog and contact page and linked both in the header and footer. In April we created a sample page and saved it as a template, so the owner can build further service pages, such as temporary staffing or subcontractor placement, on the same pattern. In May the blog post layout was updated to match the design the client uses on another of his sites.
SEO setup
The first SEO revision corrected the direction: the owner wanted everything focused on "Personal aus dem Ausland", not on Eastern Europe. Our team restructured the pages accordingly and mapped a researched keyword list to individual pages, from staff from abroad to skilled and construction workers.
Challenges we solved
Separating this site's keyword focus from the owner's other recruitment domains was the key. Giving each page its own target phrase avoids the sites competing with each other.
