The client & summary
NewWay Consulting is an independent law firm providing legal and strategic advisory services to businesses, investors, creators, media companies and broadcasters, with expertise in copyright and audiovisual rights, brand protection and corporate law. The core objective was a professional bilingual website in English and Albanian that positions the firm first and foremost as a law firm.
The challenge
After the first draft the firm clarified its order of priorities: law firm first, then copyright, related and audiovisual rights and their distribution and management, then brand protection. The site needed to reflect this hierarchy in both languages and build trust with businesses.
Our solution
Our team built the website between June and July 2026 and has supported it since.
Discovery and scope
The brief referenced two intellectual property law firm websites and asked for a premium, trustworthy site in English (primary) and Albanian.
Design
The first draft was ready on 2 July 2026. The first revision added the firm's description of its activities; the second restructured the site around the firm's priorities.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor and Polylang, with pages about the firm, its philosophy, national and international reach, the team, and practice areas such as corporate advisory and law, copyright and audiovisual law, and digital distribution. It was migrated to Metanow Cloud at the end of July 2026. In September our team published a prominent news announcement for the firm.
Challenges we solved
Positioning: making the site read as a law firm first, with its media rights and brand protection expertise clearly organised underneath.
Page structure
The brief set out a detailed structure: home; about the firm, its philosophy, national and international reach and the team; a practice section explaining trademark law, trademark registration, brand and logo protection, commercial name and domain protection, disputes, opposition and enforcement, and IP advisory and strategy; representative matters; and insights and news. A representative clients page is linked from the about page and the homepage rather than the main navigation. Contact and directions, a privacy policy, a cookie policy and an imprint complete the site.
Priorities in the firm's own words
In the second revision the firm set out the full order of its areas: first a law firm; second copyright, related and audiovisual rights, including distribution and management; third brand protection; fourth real estate; and fifth litigation representation in every field, in Albania and abroad. Our team reordered the content to follow this sequence, using the material the firm provided.
Bilingual setup and branding
English is the primary language and Albanian the second, managed with Polylang so each page has a matching translation. The logo used in the first draft was a concept; the final logo file was supplied later and replaced it across the site. The contact form was set up to be GDPR compliant.
News that stands out
The September announcement introduced the official YouTube channel for Albanian cinema that the firm represents exclusively. Our team laid it out so it is clearly visible on the website, with a direct link to the channel.
