The client & summary
Loyola GmbH is a Swiss home-care service that helps older people live independently at home for as long as possible. The core objective was a warm, trustworthy and multilingual website that matches the colours and fonts of its existing flyer and explains its services clearly to seniors and their families.
The challenge
The site had to feel caring and loyal rather than corporate, work in German with Swiss spelling and in French with manual translations, keep the existing SEO setup such as image metadata, and move from a development environment to the live domain.
Our solution
Our team worked on the website between September 2025 and July 2026, over several revision rounds.
Structure and design
Our team proposed the website structure, hierarchy and content flow, then designed the pages in the brand's flyer colours and Raleway typography, using key photos from the flyer. Following a review meeting the layout was made friendlier, with rounded buttons, the existing photos and icons kept and unnecessary text removed.
Build and migration
The site runs on WordPress with a multilingual setup for German and French and a contact form. It was migrated from the development environment to loyola.ch, with speed optimisation and the existing SEO setup kept in place.
Challenges we solved
Staying close to the print identity: the website reuses the flyer's colours, fonts and photos so families recognise the brand instantly.
Page structure
The site covers the homepage, services, why Loyola, prices, testimonials and videos, the team, contact and the legal pages. Testimonial videos supplied by the client were planned into the structure from the start.
Friendlier in every detail
In the review meeting the client asked for a friendlier overall feel: the existing photos and icons were kept, some elements were removed, and the buttons were made round. On the why Loyola page, image and text positions were swapped, and a team member's photo and title were updated. Key photos from the flyer appear on the homepage so that people who have read the flyer recognise the service immediately.
