The client & summary
Kostursky Immobilienbewertung is a property valuation practice in Nuremberg, certified according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 for market and lending values of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties. It works in cross-regional cooperation with SOMMER Immobilienbewertung. The core objective was a professional website with its own design that follows the partner practice's proven structure and content.
The challenge
The site had to communicate trust, neutrality and expertise to private owners, investors, banks, tax advisers and courts, and the client wanted to manage downloads himself.
Our solution
Our team delivered the website in about two weeks, from 10 to 25 November 2025.
Design
The site uses a business blue, grey and black colour scheme and covers valuation occasions, property types, references and examples, types of reports, the company, and contact and downloads.
Content
The German content was adapted for the practice, including the certification and a note on the cooperation with SOMMER Immobilienbewertung linking to the partner's website.
Handover
Our team prepared a short tutorial so the client can upload PDFs to the downloads page, and migrated the site to the client's live hosting after three revision rounds.
