The client & summary
Katja Reuther, formerly Rubedo Laufbahncoaching, is a career and professional coach in the Zurich area, Switzerland. The core objective was to transform the old website into a modern, conversion-focused digital ecosystem under a new personal brand that generates leads and automates key parts of the business.
The challenge
The rebrand meant a new name, a new site and new systems at once: fixed-date workshops, one-to-one coaching bookings, email follow-ups and lead magnets all had to connect, and the domain, emails and hosting had to move from the old brand to the new one.
Our solution
Our team delivered the project between March and August 2026.
Design
The website was completely redesigned under the new brand, with pages for the offer, the Kickstarter and Life Design workshops, QuickFix Brainstorming, one-to-one coaching, blog, about, videos and contact. A section for free downloads was prepared and kept hidden until the content is ready.
CRM and automation
In Metanow CRM our team built a workshop engine with fixed-date booking and automated reminders, appointment booking for consultations, email sequences before and after workshops, and WhatsApp and contact forms. Bookings are synchronised with calendars and video meetings.
SEO
An SEO audit with Semrush was followed by technical and on-page implementation, keyword research, Rank Math setup, content recommendations, meta titles and descriptions, image alt texts, and connection to Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Migration
Our team set up the business email address and moved the website and emails from rubedo.ch to katja-reuther.ch on Metanow Cloud, and added an accessibility button.
A new brand, with a nod to the old one
With the move from Rubedo to her own name, Katja Reuther's name became the logo. The previous logo still carried meaning for her, so it was kept in a subtle, less prominent role in the new design. The design brief asked for a fast, secure site with strong, clear colour accents, built specifically for lead generation.
How the workshop engine works
The Kickstarter workshop runs as a group format with fixed dates rather than an open calendar, so the dates are set up front. A form on the landing page stores the chosen date in a custom field, tags the contact and starts an automation that books the appointment directly. Participants receive one email before and one after the workshop, with content supplied by the client. Once the first dates were published, the Kickstarter workshop was made bookable.
Lead magnets and double opt-in
Freebie downloads feed straight into the CRM, together with a newsletter setup. Because the coach also wants clients from Germany and Austria, sign-ups use double opt-in, so every new subscriber confirms their email address.
Testimonials, videos and contacts
Client testimonials run as a scrolling strip under each offer. The video section links to the coach's YouTube channel for visitors who want to see more, and existing contact lists were imported and organised in the CRM.
Fixes after go-live
After launch our team made sure appointment confirmations include the video meeting link and a calendar entry, and that visitors return to the right page on the website after booking. Images were replaced with the client's own photos where the layout cropped them.
