IKD Immobilien is a real estate agency in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, specialising in property sales and valuations. The core objective was a premium, modern website with elegant animations that builds trust, shows current listings and generates seller and buyer leads.
The challenge
The agency particularly liked modern animations and an animated header like its reference site. Listings had to come from its real estate CRM, and the owners wanted to appear authentically: a layered header with both of them, real Google reviews and a mobile version that does not look artificial.
Our solution
Our team built the website in about ten days, from 13 to 23 May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief asked for a very professional, modern site with an animated header, realistic high-quality visuals and a solid SEO foundation.
Design
The first draft was ready on 18 May 2026. In the first revision the two owners were added to the layered header, the about section was updated and the testimonials section was switched to the agency's real Google reviews. The second round fixed the mobile header presentation and a duplicated property listing.
Build and SEO
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor. Property listings are fed from Propstack into a single-property template. A valuation funnel captures seller leads and a search request form captures buyers. The SEO setup covered an audit, technical and on-page optimisation, Rank Math, Search Console and Analytics.

Premium but authentic: keeping the animated, high-end look while presenting the owners and reviews as they really are.
Trust as the guiding principle
Building trust was extremely important to the agency, so every part of the website had to feel authentic, trustworthy and premium. Visuals had to look realistic and high quality, and the owners' own photos were used and polished for the layered header rather than replaced with generic imagery.
Mobile refinements
In the second revision the owners reviewed the mobile version closely. The header presentation was reworked so it looks natural on phones, and errors in individual property listings were fixed so every listing displays correctly in the single-property template.
SEO scope
The SEO foundation covered an audit, technical and on-page implementation, ten researched keywords, Google Search Console and Google Analytics, a Rank Math setup, content recommendations per page, and meta titles, descriptions and image alt tags.
