Gjika Group is a multifaceted company with a strong presence in event organization and retail of DJ equipment. The project involved developing two distinct but connected websites: one for their event services and another for their online shop specializing in DJ gear. Both platforms aim to provide users with an intuitive experience, promoting seamless browsing and booking or purchasing.
Challenges
Gjika Group faced the challenge of representing two very different business areas through separate websites while ensuring a unified brand experience. The event website needed to handle frequent updates for event schedules, detailed descriptions, and booking functionality that was simple for users but robust enough for backend management. Meanwhile, the DJ equipment shop required a fully functional e-commerce system capable of managing multiple product categories, stock levels, secure transactions, and smooth checkout processes. A key difficulty was integrating both websites with consistent design elements and seamless navigation, so users could easily switch between browsing events and shopping for equipment without feeling disconnected. Performance optimization was also essential, as both sites needed to load quickly and perform reliably across all devices and browsers, while maintaining strong SEO foundations to drive organic traffic.

One entry point, two sites
The roadmap had three parts: an entry page on gjikagroup.al as the general contact point, the online store for DJ equipment and a presentation site for events, each built on WordPress.
Ordering through WhatsApp
In the first revision the add-to-cart flow was replaced by a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the selected product already named, and prices were switched to euros. The second revision adapted the store layout and browsing flow to a reference the client liked. The initial setup of the company's CRM account was part of the project.
