The client & summary
Fairline Consulting is a recruitment and temporary staffing agency in the Rhine-Main region, with focus industries such as airport ground handling, production and logistics. The core objective was a redesigned website with seven to eight new pages that can compete with the top-ranking staffing providers on Google, followed by an SEO setup and Google Ads.
The challenge
The agency wanted its strongest references, such as its airport clients and certifications, to stand out immediately, and the site had to work just as well on mobile as on desktop. Job listings came from Indeed, whose publisher programme for embedding jobs has been discontinued, so the jobs needed another route onto the site.
Our solution
Our team delivered the redesign, SEO setup and Google Ads work between May and September 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief listed the staffing providers ranking at the top of Google as competitors and three reference sites: one for the homepage layout, one for how references stand out and one for the page structure.
Design
The first draft was ready on 10 June 2026. Revisions updated the airport imagery with the agency's own photos, enlarged certification logos such as ISO 9001, placed key client logos prominently and kept the reference slider on the most important logos longer. The fourth round focused on the mobile version, and the homepage headline was updated at migration.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor, with separate paths for applicants and companies, pages for each placement type and the focus industries. The multi-step form advances automatically after each choice. The site went live in June 2026, and in July our team added the agency's current Indeed job postings to the site.
Phase two: SEO and Google Ads
From 25 June 2026 our team ran the premium SEO setup, including LLMS.txt, schema markup and robots.txt, with backups and a final audit report. In parallel we set up Google Ads with a conversion-optimised landing page, conversion tracking and campaign monitoring. In September 2026 the landing page and form were reworked for a new campaign aimed at job seekers in aviation, keeping dynamic content on the page.
Challenges we solved
Adapting to results: when the campaign focus shifted, the landing page and form were rebuilt around the new target group instead of starting over.
