The client & summary
The Evolve Group is an experiential and events marketing agency based in London, UK. The core objective was a fresh, professional website that stays close to the agency's established look, with a simpler backend its team can update easily.
The challenge
The team wanted the public not to notice a difference: the same fonts, colours and headers as before, full-width layouts and outline text that works on laptops, monitors and mobile, with videos filling the screen on wide monitors.
Our solution
Our team rebuilt the website between March and August 2026.
Design
The first draft was ready on 10 March 2026, based on the agency's master content document. Over four revision rounds our team matched the existing fonts, colours and headers, made pages full width, fixed outline letters on laptop screens and made the main video fill wide monitors.
Case studies
The existing case studies were transferred from the old site into a new structure with a case study archive and a single case study template that the team can manage easily.
Launch and support
After a backup of the old site the new website went live in April 2026. In August our team added header videos back to the case studies at the CEO's request.
About the client
The Evolve Group is a marketing agency that specialises in working with drinks brands, creating brand activations such as events and point-of-sale campaigns. The logo and colours were taken from the existing website.
A simpler backend
Beyond the new design, the agency wanted a WordPress backend that is simpler to manage, and a tidier setup ahead of future website updates. The new page structure covers home, why Evolve, services, a case studies archive with a single case study template, contact, a privacy policy and terms of service.
Matching the brand exactly
After the first draft, the team asked for a near-exact match with the current site. Our team used the agency's cream tone instead of grey, switched to the blue logo with the pink dot and matched the headers and fonts. The outline text got thicker borders and consistent letter spacing so letters no longer overlapped, and every page was set to full width with an output on mobile that matches the desktop view.
Video and scroll behaviour
The hero video was tuned so it loads correctly in portrait on mobile and fills the screen on every monitor size. At the CEO's request, the moving image effect on scroll was replaced with a flatter journey that alternates static images and text banners.
Case study videos
Some case studies originally had videos in their headers, but the old template only supported images and some videos were missing from the media library. Our team adapted the case study template so header videos work again for campaigns such as the London Cocktail Week and Halloween activations.
