The client & summary
Diligo is a Swiss payroll, HR services and Employer-of-Record provider and part of the Talent Harbour group. The core objective was to capture specific search demand with five dedicated SEO landing pages, each in English, French and German.
The challenge
Diligo wanted pages for distinct search intents: payroll company Switzerland, Employer of Record, umbrella company, payroll for freelancers and consultants, and a guide page explaining payrolling. Each page had to exist in three languages, be editable independently per language, match the existing homepage design and be set up correctly for multilingual search, including hreflang tags.
Our solution
Our team built the five pages from the client's brief and texts between May and June 2026.
Discovery and scope
The client supplied a detailed brief with the five topics and texts in all three languages. The pages had to follow the style of diligo.ch, and each language version had to be editable without affecting the others.
Design
The first drafts of all five pages were ready at the end of May 2026. For the imagery our team selected a single photo series showing the same group of professionals in different settings, so the pages look cohesive. Revisions aligned all texts strictly with the latest PDF, unified the layout across pages, added a German diagram to the payrolling guide and a side button for booking a call in each language.
Build and launch
The pages run on WordPress with Elementor and Polylang. Our team linked the pages to each other and to the existing site, set up language-specific call-to-action links, confirmed the hreflang setup requested in the brief and checked in Google Search Console that all pages were indexed.
Challenges we solved
Fifteen page versions had to stay consistent. Five revision rounds in under three weeks were mostly about precision: exact texts, identical layouts and correct cross-language links.
Clean URLs per language
Each landing page exists in English, German and French under its own clear URL pattern, and every language version can be edited independently, so an update in one language never overwrites the others. As requested in the brief, every page in a group declares hreflang tags for all three language versions, including itself, using the Swiss language codes en-CH, de-CH and fr-CH.
Published step by step
The pages were published one after another rather than all at once, as the brief required. Revision rounds added a vertical side button for booking an appointment, icons for the tax and related information boxes, and checks that each page links to the others as specified.
