The client & summary
Deutsche Kreditservice (DKS) is a German consumer credit comparison and affiliate portal covering loans, small loans, credit cards, salary advances and debt counselling. The core objective was to rebuild the portal from an outdated WordPress theme on a modern setup, keep its large content base and partner forms working, and add five high-converting landing pages.
The challenge
The portal is a pure affiliate site: loan and credit forms are embedded as iframes from partner providers, and dozens of "Kredite A–Z" topic pages carry partner banners. Everything had to survive the rebuild, and the new menu had to hold far more pages without feeling cluttered.
Our solution
Our team rebuilt the portal and delivered the landing pages between May and July 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief named three large German credit portals as competitors and asked for the site to be cloned and professionally redesigned with the Bootscore theme and Elementor.
Design
The first draft was ready on 4 June 2026, followed by a redesigned homepage from the client's document. Revisions restored and standardised the partner banners on the A–Z topic pages, added an FAQ area for the client to fill, and added a partner programme to the "Geld verdienen" page.
Build and launch
The portal runs on WordPress with Elementor. Our team restructured the menu to the client's spreadsheet, moved key items into the main menu and gave pages such as the small loan page the same format as the credit card page. Site speed was reviewed after migration, since the client's caching plugin only runs on the live server.
Phase two: five landing pages
From 20 June 2026 our team designed one high-converting landing page layout and populated it for five products, each with an embedded partner iframe form. The credit card page opens with a card image and the salary advance page with a phone image, older images were replaced with sharper ones, and iframe forms were checked so the page styling does not clip dropdowns or hide submit buttons. The pages went live on 9 July 2026.
Challenges we solved
Rebuilding without breaking revenue: every partner banner and iframe form had to keep working through the move to the new setup.
Preserving what already ranks
The portal covers loans, small loans, credit cards, salary advances and debt counselling, and it already had indexed pages and organic traffic. SEO performance therefore had to be preserved through the redesign. The "Kredite A–Z" glossary kept its content unchanged and was only optimised visually with CSS.
A reusable page template system
Besides a fresh, modern homepage, our team created a reusable template system for all inner pages: the arrangement of elements stays the same, and each page's content simply goes into the designated containers. The design follows a modern, clean financial-services style, mobile first, with a strong hero, trust elements such as ratings and seals, a clear call-to-action section, card-based layouts and better readability through white space.
How the landing pages convert
High-converting landing pages follow a different principle from classic websites: they focus on a single goal. Complex navigation and external links were removed to avoid distraction, and the partner form sits right in the hero section. The client's HTML drafts served only as content reference; the pages were designed more naturally, with photos of people that match each financial product rather than an AI-generated look. Each landing page sits within the matching category of the portal, for example the credit card landing page under the credit card section.

Frequently asked questions
How long did the DKS project take?
About seven weeks, from 21 May to 9 July 2026, including the five landing pages.
How do the loan forms work?
They are embedded as iframes from partner providers, and our team checked that the page styling does not interfere with them.
Why use one layout for five landing pages?
A single high-converting layout keeps the pages consistent and lets new products be added quickly.
Which platform does the portal use?
WordPress with the Bootscore theme and Elementor.
Was the existing content kept?
Yes. The core pages, including the "Kredite A–Z" section, were carried over with their partner banners.
