The client & summary
Dein Trocknungsteam is a water damage restoration and leak detection service from Neuss, Germany. The core objective was to rebuild the existing website on WordPress one-to-one in design and structure, including all subpages, with a setup for many local SEO pages, followed by an SEO setup.
The challenge
The company focuses heavily on local search within a service region of about 30 km. It needed a structure where individual cities and services are separate subpages with their own text while the layout always stays the same.
Our solution
Our team rebuilt the site and completed the SEO setup in under three weeks, from 29 April to 15 May 2026.
Discovery and scope
The brief asked for an exact replica of the current site on WordPress, with a scalable structure for city and service pages.
Design
The first draft was ready on 5 May 2026. In the revision round the partner logos were centred and a map of Germany was removed at the client's request.
Build and launch
The site runs on WordPress with Elementor, with pages for leak detection, building drying, restoration and a blog. It was migrated to the client's hosting on 12 May 2026. Our team then connected Google Search Console and Analytics and fixed a warning that the site was still set to "noindex", so it can appear in search results.
Phase two: SEO setup
The SEO scope covered a Semrush audit, technical and on-page SEO, Rank Math, meta titles, meta descriptions and image alt tags, content recommendations for each page and a closing audit.
Challenges we solved
Built for local scale: one layout, many subpages, so new city and service pages can be added quickly.
Built for the client to grow
After the migration, the owner planned to create all city and service subpages himself, so the structure was set up to make that easy: each new page reuses the same layout and only needs its own text. The blog is managed by the owner too, with individual articles created for SEO purposes.
Indexing check after launch
When Google Search Console and Google Analytics were connected, a warning showed that the site was still set to no-index from the staging phase. Our team switched indexing on so search engines can crawl and list every page.
