BeckenBalance Physiotherapie is a physiotherapy practice in Germany specialising in pelvic health, which also runs professional training courses several times a year. The core objective was online booking for all courses, with limited places and a waitlist when courses are full.
The challenge
Course registrations had been handled manually. The practice needed booking directly on the website, with correct participant limits for each course and a waitlist of five places per course. It also asked whether a time-limited, sequential waitlist promotion was possible.
Our solution
Our team set up the booking system between May and July 2026.
Booking setup
Our team installed and configured Amelia Pro, set up every course with its participant limits and added the booking option to the relevant course page. We recommended the Pro version because the free version had a bug with course dates.
Waitlist
The waitlist was configured with five places per course. For the requested sequential, time-limited promotion (for example, 48 hours per person), our team explained that Amelia cannot handle that exact workflow out of the box.
