The client & summary
Ami's Beauty is an Albanian beauty and cosmetics brand selling online across Albania. The core objective was a premium online store inspired by leading international beauty brands, with cash-on-delivery orders flowing automatically to its local courier and full tracking for its ad campaigns.
The challenge
In Albania many orders are paid on delivery, so the store had to hand orders to the courier without manual work, update payment and fulfilment status from courier events, and still look as polished as the international brands the client admired.
Our solution
Our team built the store and its integrations between February and June 2026.
Store design
The Shopify store was modelled on international beauty sites for functionality, design and product page structure. It includes a pop-up cart with recommended products, user-generated video content, product pages, collections, gift cards, a newsletter and a contact form. Revision meetings made the design brighter with larger fonts, video testimonials, a transparent hero call to action and a WhatsApp button.
Courier middleware
Our team set up a cloud server on Hetzner and built middleware that creates a shipment in Green Post when a Shopify order arrives. Courier statuses are mapped back to Shopify: merchant-paid deliveries mark the order as paid, and an order is fulfilled when the courier confirms delivery. Cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders are handled separately.
Marketing integrations
The Meta Pixel was connected for ad tracking, and the store was integrated with Digital Business Albania, whose form feeds the Ami's Beauty Club sign-up sequence. After launch our team updated product prices and delivered a one-time SEO setup with report.
Challenges we solved
No manual order entry: COD orders reach the courier automatically and their status syncs back to the store.
Store structure
The homepage opens with a hero section followed by skin and hair sections, each with a short story and four featured products, a shop-by-category block and testimonials in which the product appears inside the video for direct purchase. Product categories include accessories and fixed sets. An about page, a collaboration page with sections for partners, careers and content creators, a store finder and a minimalist footer complete the structure.
Product pages and kits
Product cards show an image gallery with a dynamic add-to-cart button. Single product pages are simple but complete: an emotional short description of the product's value, followed by accordions for technical details, shipping information and returns and refunds. Kits list the products they contain, each linked to its own page. The design is white with royal blue accents, the brand's primary colour, with fonts and colours from the brand book.
Ami's Beauty Club
A landing page presents the two club membership cards. Buying a card adds a customer tag automatically, and Liquid code checks that tag to show members their discounted prices, while promotional prices stay hidden from regular visitors.
How the courier sync works
A Shopify webhook fires when an order is created. The middleware takes the customer and product data, creates the shipment with the courier and stores the tracking code on the Shopify order. A scheduled job then checks the status of active shipments at regular intervals and updates each order, so the team always sees where a parcel is without entering anything by hand.
