The client & summary
Aether (AETHER SHPK) is a logistics and container transport company based in Albania, organising sea, air, road and rail freight, customs clearance and project cargo. The core objective was to turn a young container transport company into a visionary brand, "The Fifth Element of Transport", with a premium corporate website and digital tools to win and manage clients.
The challenge
The brand had to feel as credible as large international logistics players while telling its own story, with no connection to a previous company's website, names or addresses, and every freight service needed a clear explanation.
Our solution
Our team delivered branding, website and CRM between September and December 2025.
Branding
Our team prepared the brand story and briefing around "The Fifth Element of Transport", with logo, slogan, colours and typography, and followed up with social media designs and a new brochure describing FCL, LCL and import and export services.
Website
The corporate website includes home, about us, services, philosophy, news and contact pages, with dedicated pages for sea container carriage, air freight, combined carriage, customs agency, documentation, insurance, bulk cargo and ship charter, and project and transit carriage. It was migrated from staging to weareaether.com in October 2025, followed by one-time SEO and speed optimisation.
CRM and communication
Quote request forms feed Metanow CRM, where leads are organised in a pipeline with a welcoming flow. Social media accounts were connected to the social planner, company email was moved to Office 365 and the team received training.
Brand voice
The brand voice is futuristic, confident and elemental. Messaging is built on three pillars: unseen but essential, the flow of light and the flow of trade, and the fifth element of global logistics. The website intro welcomes visitors to "the Fifth Element of Transport", and the same idea runs through the business card and stationery.
Branding deliverables
Our team wrote a detailed briefing for the designer covering the brand story, colour palette, typography, logo guidelines and the cosmic, elemental inspiration. The deliverables included primary and secondary logos, business card design and stationery templates for letterheads, invoices and documents, alongside the social media designs.
A more authentic about page
In the revision meeting the client asked for the about page and general texts to be less generic and more authentic, telling the real story of the company. Our team rewrote those sections accordingly.
Reviews and automation
The project scope included a Google Business Profile for reviews, set up with the client, and Trustpilot for reviews from abroad. Automations were planned to request Google reviews when a new client is registered, with AI support for review handling, and forms on the website sync directly into the CRM pipeline, where a welcoming flow greets every new lead.
