Garden Hill Villa Durres required a strong digital presence to attract guests and manage bookings efficiently. The challenge was to design a single, visually engaging landing page inspired by top booking platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb, while maintaining a clean and minimalist style. Additionally, the villa’s booking system needed seamless calendar synchronization between Booking.com and Airbnb to prevent double bookings. To support their marketing efforts, we were tasked with setting up professional online profiles, configuring necessary tools, and creating high-quality visual content that showcased the villa’s unique charm.
Our process
We started by designing a single landing page that replicated the intuitive and familiar format of popular booking platforms. The design emphasized a minimalist yet modern aesthetic to ensure ease of use and visual appeal for potential guests.
Next, we opened and configured accounts on both Booking.com and Airbnb, setting up calendars to manage availability effectively. We synchronized these calendars to eliminate the risk of double bookings, ensuring smooth and reliable booking management across platforms.
To enhance the villa’s online presence, we set up Meta Business Suite, created a professional Instagram account, and configured Google My Business to improve visibility in search results and local listings. Additionally, we visited the villa to capture stunning professional photos and drone footage, which were then used to create a compelling visual narrative for the website and marketing platforms.
